The BSA is responsible for setting the vision for the product, and for prioritizing and accepting the work generated by the team to ensure the vision is met. The BSA is responsible for communicating stakeholder requirements and feature requests to the software development team. The BSA will work closely with Systems Engineers, Solution Architects and software engineering teams to break stakeholder requirements into product backlog items, as part of the Agile software development lifecycle. The Senior Specialist BSA develops the product vision and communicates it to the team, as well as tracks the progress of the development team to ensure customer deliverables are met on time.
