<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Your Contribution</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">As <strong>Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)</strong> at our Reichenbach site, you will be responsible for the overall management, continuous improvement, and assurance of all quality-related processes at the facility.</span></div> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Take responsibility for the organization, implementation, and continuous development of the site's Quality Management System (QMS)</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Lead, manage, and further develop the employees within the Quality Department, both professionally and disciplinarily</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Initiate and implement cross-functional improvement projects in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders and departments</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Plan, coordinate, and facilitate customer and certification audits (including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IRIS, and EASA Part 21G/145)</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Manage and ensure the sustainable resolution of customer and supplier complaints</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Analyze and monitor quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs), deriving and tracking corrective and preventive actions</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Ensure compliance with all regulatory, normative, and customer-specific requirements</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Apply problem-solving methodologies to reduce internal defects and effectively resolve customer quality issues</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization</div> </li> </ul> </div> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Your Experience and Qualifications</span></strong></span></p> <p style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Successfully completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management, preferably within the automotive and/or aerospace industry</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Proven leadership experience with strong capabilities in organizational and team development</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>In-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IRIS, and EASA Part 21G/145</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels as well as with customers and suppliers</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>High level of initiative, accountability, and assertiveness</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Strong ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in an international and intercultural environment</div> </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <div>Willingness to travel for business purposes</div> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">#TeamMAHLE is diverse and we see that as a great advantage!
