About this role
Oversee all tasks related to the Spray Drying of Liquids into Powder form. Perform all Quality Checks on product to ensure it meets customer specifications. Responsibilities
• Concentrates liquid in VLS (evaporator) to achieve desired Specific Gravity. • Familiar and capable of running all equipment related to the Drying Process. • Communicates well with Packager to achieve desired daily goals. • Transfer the liquid product using pumps and controls. • Adjust the product according to specifications. • Adjust Spray Drying parameters to maximize output and reduce downtime. • Documentation of Dry
