Conduct meetings with parts personnel to coordinate day-to-day activities. Set and review parts inventory levels. Monitor overstocked and understocked parts. Assist with periodic return of overstocked items to corporate office. Review and approve vendor invoices.</li> <li>Conduct and participate in parts strategy meetings. Assist with account strategy. Participate in product demonstrations.</li> <li>Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers at end user locations. Address customer service issues.</li> <li>Select, train, develop, and counsel direct reports.</li> <li>Prepare budget for management approval.</li> </ul> <p><u><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></u></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate lift trucks.</li> </ul> <p><u><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></u></p> <ul> <li>Five to seven years’ experience in parts distribution preferred.</li> <li>Experience with the Company preferred.</li> <li>Two year college degree preferred.</li> <li>Good computer skills required. </li> <li>Prior experience in parts distribution.</li> </ul> </div></div></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Work Authorization:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
