To ensure the continued delivery of a timely and accurate service to all customers - this will involve the effective use of resources and manpower available.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">This role will be required to provide out of hours on call duties, on a rota basis as required.</span></span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Job Activities:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Weekly and daily KPI reports.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Manage drivers on a daily basis resolve any issue they may have.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Work with customer service dealing with salesforce enquiries.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Planning driver schedules.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Generating paperwork for drivers.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Control drivers’ holidays and arrange route cover.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Manage stock levels on site and order replacement stock using Proactis (site specific).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Unloading of stock deliveries (site specific).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Organise vehicle servicing and maintenance. Manage any vehicle breakdowns.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Delivery and collection of vehicles from garages and hire companies.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Downloading of vehicle Tacho units and cameras.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Monitor vehicle damage.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Cover Service Administrators.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Arrange permit to works for onsite contractors. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Monitor and control absence.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Complete accident and incident forms and submit within set time limits.</span></span></span></p> <p><span
