About this role
Your role as system architect will be to investigate, architect, and guide transformational system-wide change. You will generate ways of navigating complex systems and provide the underlying architecture and transformational change implementation basis a wider educational suite to be developed, embedding systems expertise in practice.
FTE 1.0 Term: Fixed Term (36 months)
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work closely with colleagues across the NIHR/EPSRC-funded SEISMIC SHIFT research project ecosystem, taking a systems approach to improving the lives of people living with multiple long-term conditions. You will: undertake research with a particular focus on system architecting and -designing activities, under the general guidance of a research leader and in interaction with the wider research consortium; establish a personal research portfolio and support and lead research dissemination, with assistance from senior colleagues as required; engage where required in relevant teaching, professional and knowledge exchange activities; and input to administrative activities.
