This role offers an exciting opportunity for research excellence with real impact on services for people living with multiple long-term conditions and complex health needs. We are seeking a creative and system-oriented Research Associate/Assistant as a Systems Learning Designer to join the SEISMIC SHIFT project team.
FTE 1.0 Term: Fixed Term (36 months)
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work closely with colleagues across the NIHR/EPSRC-funded SEISMIC SHIFT research project ecosystem, taking a systems approach to improving the lives of people living with multiple long-term conditions. You will undertake research with a particular focus on designing, prototyping, and evaluating innovative learning experiences aligned with the project’s goals. This includes working with academic, clinical, health- and care professional services colleagues to co-create interdisciplinary, modular learning pathways to embed systems expertise in health practice under the general guidance of a research leader and in interaction with the wider research consortium; establish a personal research portfolio and support and lead research dissemination, with assistance from senior colleagues as required; engage where required in relevant teaching, professional and knowledge exchange activities; and input to administrative activities.
