Your Role <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Develop and deploy the product line and product portfolio of "Compounds for beverage applications" incl. the business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation and the overall growth initiatives</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manage the global assortment with the product organization and the respective internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Define a roadmap to drive the business (and revenue growth) in close alignment with the Team Leader Product Management</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Roll-out product innovations and assortment extensions globally and cross-functionally with strong focus on effective implementation and rapid market traction</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Attend regular meetings with the R&D, Marketing, Pricing and Sales team to agree on the pricing strategy, product portfolio, and supply chain topics with the respective teams</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Actively monitor competitors to benchmark our portfolio and prepare a competitive analysis</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Support the sales team by actively engaging in customer visits, projects and briefings to share specific product and market knowhow</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage in order to feed that back into the product roadmap</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Communicate up-to-date and aligned portfolio updates on all media incl. product portfolio displays within and outside of the organization</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ensure in-house trainings to foster a deeper understanding of the product portfolio and positioning</li> </ul> Your Profile <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Successful track record as a product manager in the food and beverages industry, ideally in a B2B business environment</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Degree in food technology, general business administration, biotechnology or a similar qualification</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainably</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong customer mind set with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with customers and deliver positive experience by creating a partnership mentality</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills, capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage change and multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Willingness to travel globally approx. 20% of the working time</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Fluent English and German will be required.
