This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel into our Coventry head office or Campus locations. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Lecturer in Business Psychology to join our Postgraduate Team. You will:

Deliver engaging and dynamic lectures online for our students. Take on module leadership, ensuring consistent quality and development of learning materials and schemes of work. Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments, and provide high-quality feedback. Lead or support the creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends and employer requirements. Collaborate with colleagues to provide academic advice and support to students. Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment techniques.

About You:

To be successful as a Lecturer in Business Psychology you must have:

An MSc or equivalent formal qualification in Psychology, and be recognised by the BPS as having a Graduate Basis for Chartership. Be experienced in current and effective teaching, learning and assessment practices, and be able to bring your knowledge and understanding to Arden to grow our programmes and provide excellent student outcomes. Be able to evidence your successful experience of working in programme teams and of being a creative and inspiring lecturer and colleague. Experience or knowledge in Business or Occupational Psychology. Experienced in teaching research methods, particularly in business psychology is an advantage Experience in dissertation supervision, particularly in business psychology is an advantage

A PhD (or close to completion) in Psychology or a closely related subject.
