Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project!</p> <p><br><strong>#IWorkForAllForGood</strong></p> <p> </p><div> <p>The MES Apriso Product Owner operates within the MES organization and works closely with the Deployment teams, the Application Maintenance provider (AMS/TMA), IT teams, as well as Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Key Users.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Apriso PO is responsible for the functional management of the MES solution in the RUN phase: gathering and qualifying business needs, prioritization, monitoring fixes, performing functional validation of deliveries, and providing user support after Go Live.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Apriso PO’s objective is to ensure service continuity, functional quality, and business value in production.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Functional management of RUN activities: centralization of requests, qualification, backlog creation and prioritization</li> <li>Interface with the AMS provider: transmission of requests, ticket follow-up, and challenging proposed solutions</li> <li>Functional validation: validation of fixes and enhancements, organization of testing</li> <li>Business relationship: main point of contact for sites, facilitating exchanges with BPOs and Key Users</li> <li>Contribution to RUN governance: participation in committees and contribution to overall prioritization</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Profile Required</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Master’s degree (Bac +5), engineering degree or equivalent</li> <li>Successful experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role</li> <li>Functional expertise in Manufacturing: configuration, implementation, and Level 1 & 2 support management</li> <li>Knowledge of Apriso is a plus</li> <li>Proficiency in project management (especially Agile methodology – SCRUM certification is a plus)</li> <li>Experience managing application maintenance services (AMS/TMA)</li> <li>Fluent English required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The position is based in <strong>Suresnes (France, 92)</strong>, with possible travel to company sites (France and international).</p> </div>
