Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Conducting daily visits to market outlets to ensure strong field presence and business development</li> <li>Following up on the activation of stands and Retail Selling Points (RSPs)</li> <li>Tracking promotional flyers and supporting visibility initiatives</li> <li>Contributing to the planning and execution of promotional activities</li> <li>Creating and maintaining an RSP tracker for both <strong>Bel</strong> and competitors</li> <li>Reporting on activation progress and shelf visibility</li> <li>Gathering market feedback and monitoring competitor activity</li> <li>Preparing weekly market visit reports with recommendations and corrective actions</li> <li>Building strong relationships with key retailers</li> <li>Embodying and promoting <strong>Bel’s values</strong> in every interaction</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Saudi National</strong></li> <li>Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Strong communication skills in <strong>Arabic and English</strong></li> <li>Proficient in <strong>English</strong> (spoken and written)</li> <li>Valid <strong>driving license</strong> and access to a car</li> <li>Willingness to <strong>travel frequently to Riyadh and Dammam</strong></li> <li>Good command of <strong>MS Office</strong>, especially <strong>Excel and PowerPoint</strong></li> <li>Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset</li> </ul> <h2>Why Join Bel?</h2> <p>At Bel, you’ll find an environment where you are encouraged to <strong>take ownership, drive results, and grow your career</strong> alongside supportive colleagues.
