About the Role As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will help create a safe, supportive environment for individuals receiving substance use and behavioral health services. You'll work alongside a team of professionals to support clients throughout their recovery journey.

What You'll Do
• Support clients with daily activities and program expectations • Monitor client activities and ensure program guidelines are followed • Assist with client admissions, orientations, and safety procedures • Participate in treatment team meetings and communicate client concerns • Follow medication protocols and coordinate with nursing staff • Transport clients as needed using agency vehicles • Complete required documentation and reports
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED • Valid driver's license • At least 21 years of age • Two years of consistent work history • Basic computer skills • Ability to work well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare, human services, behavioral health, security, corrections, residential care, customer service, or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
No previous behavioral health experience is required. We will provide the training needed for success in this role.
