Are You Booster’s Next Staff Accountant? As a Staff Accountant on the Finance team, you play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations across the organization. This role supports the integrity of Booster’s financial reporting through journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close activities, audit support, and ongoing process improvement initiatives. You’ll work closely with accounting and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records, support operational excellence, and help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and accountability matter.
How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission: General Ledger & Month-End Close
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by completing assigned tasks within established deadlines.
• Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assist in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger.
Financial Operations & Compliance
• Process and review accounting transactions in accordance with company policies and GAAP.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management activities as needed.
• Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external reporting requirements.
• Assist with annual audit requests and provide supporting documentation to auditors.
• Help maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
Process Improvement & Team Support
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and tooling.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve accounting issues and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support special projects and ad hoc requests from the Director of Accounting, FP&A team, and CFO.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 annually Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (hybrid) Work Hours: Full time (40 hours/week) Exempt/non-exempt: Exempt
