The certification (airworthiness requirements) and qualification (performance) of aircraft parts in accordance with applicable guidelines and procedures. As an Qualification Engineer, you will work for the qualification of GKN Fokker products in accordance to (inter-) national procedures and guidelines. You will be responsible for the company's compliance statements, for identifying qualification risks and deviations when compared to internal/international organization and you will ensure compliance with procedures, company rules & safety, quality, environmental, security & export compliance regulations. Next to this, we expect you to have a high level of problem solving skills as well as a proactive and result driven attitude. In order to perform your job, you will also need a high level of engineering knowledge, but also awareness of other disciplines (e.g. stress, design, configuration management).
