The Role The Infrastructure Operations Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support of Operational IT Infrastructure Services. The Infrastructure Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the service requirements of the business are met, with the primary drivers being the Availability, Capability and Manageability of services. This support role will include supporting and maintaining traditional on-premise and cloud Infrastructure primarily day to day BAU/Operations including vulnerability management. The role will also involve supporting Azure services with our Azure Platform Team who are responsible for implementing new IaC Azure services for the CAA using Terraform.
