Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of the KAZ Factory Outlet stores by managing all day-to-day trading activities through continuous sales and stock performance analysis. The position ensures effective in-season planning and execution to achieve sales, margin, and inventory objectives while optimizing stock levels and minimizing excess inventory. This role is responsible for selecting and allocating the right product assortments, volumes, and size ratios to local market demand, maximizing sell-through, product availability, and overall outlet business performance.
