• Ensure each stage of sales is completed in a timely and accurate manner, include preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment collection • Ensure each stage of promotion is completed in a timely and accurate manner, include preparation of tools, ensure its availability for related event and conduct event activities (inside and outside campus) • Perform sales activity that comply to financial procedures (e.g., cost estimation, quotations and invoices, monitoring, and recording payment) • Maintain and update customer’s status data with detail records • Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution (i.e., sales agent that support sales activity) • Create sales income report and progress from all channels of distribution • Provide comprehensive information regarding available programs to prospective customer • Conduct and follow up school canvassing process • Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customer (i.e., campus tours and viewings of the facilities and services) • Review sales achievement and promotion activities periodically • Coordinate with other units for joint promotion activities • Produce publicity documents and coordinate the distribution of all promotional materials for project related • Provide input/solution to overcome unachieved sales target and enhancement in promotion activities effectiveness • Assist with ongoing market research and analysis • Management Support Activities: o Provide Report to direct Supervisor o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) o Perform activities related to Quality Management System o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: • Minimum holder Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years working experience
