• Provide strategic direction for marketing promotions and events to ensure execution and implementation • Contribute in the product development process to create competitive product • Assist Marketing Associate Director in the development of marketing plan • Partner with Management to understand the business objectives for their respective product categories and/or channel segments, collaborating in the development of marketing plans to achieve business goal • Manage customer acquisition program to achieve profitable number of customer in line with corporate planning and target • Manage and monitor customer retention program to achieve high customer satisfaction and high brand equity • Manage and monitor the preparation and implementation of promotion activities and events • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients for promotions, campaigns and events • Prioritize team initiatives and workload to assure optimal allocation of resources to best meet marketing target • Plan, monitor and evaluate overall admission activities • Monitor coordination with Head of Admission regarding schedule adjustment and information that will be delivered to prospective customer • Guarantee admission process guidelines compliance to valid guidelines • Coordinate with marketing function department (Brand, Corporate Communication) to build good corporate image • Coordinate with Marketing Intelligence to conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products • Lead the evaluation performance of marketing activity which drives customer acquisition, retention and recommend improvement • Management Support Activities: o Provide Report to direct Supervisor o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) o Perform activities related to Quality Management System o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: • Minimum holder Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 3 years working experience in supervisory level, or • Minimum 7 years working experience If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
