• Create and implement digital marketing strategy under the direction of Digital Marketing Manager • Create and write exciting, punchy effective content that suitable for the website, including rewriting or editing content • Create digital marketing campaigns for online channels like websites, apps and social media websites like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter • Maximize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) opportunities to improve our rankings in the key international markets • Keep key content areas of the website fresh and dynamic by seeking out new copy, imagery, audio and video materials • Ensure all website content is accurate, accessible, consistent and up-to-date by systematically checking and updating web pages and also by removing information on a timely basis • Distribute e-newsletters and oversee any other e-commerce initiatives • Work in an editorial and advisory capacity with key content providers here, including student and staff bloggers, in some cases uploading content on their behalf • Respond promptly to inquiries from the web audience, either received directly from the website or as referrals from members of staff; • Report to and be a member of the ICT Committee to help inform and play a role in shaping ICT strategy • Assist Digital Marketing Section Head to produce email and social media marketing plans, focusing on content that is both targeted and segmented • Collaborate with other marketing team and public relations to add digital media into current advertising campaign • Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels and make recommendation for improvement • Keep up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt • Management Support Activities: o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
