• Develop and maintain the technology architecture for IT key projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. • Analyze and evaluate technology options, providing recommendations to optimize IT infrastructure, security, software applications, and business plans. • Collaborate with the IT Architect & Technology Specialist to propose and refine the IT Roadmap, articulating the strategic vision for technology within the organization. • Create and oversee the target Technology Architecture, including integration, security, maintenance, and backup strategies. • Work closely with stakeholders and IT Architects to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. • Ensure that proposed solutions are consistent with the overall Enterprise Architecture and support long-term organizational goals. • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to influence and improve the organization's IT strategies. • Foster strong relationships with IT Architecture & Technology Specialist and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and technology alignment. • Act as a liaison between IT and business leaders, providing strategic guidance on IT infrastructure, security, and software development. • Coordinate with IT Infrastructure teams to design, model, and test high-level strategic projects before implementation • Provide recommendations on compliance with IT architecture-related rules and regulations, supporting the IT Audit Team. • Lead strategic data center planning, prioritizing technology initiatives to meet corporate business goals. • Coordinate with other IT managers to develop IT infrastructure strategies, ensuring readiness for current and future operational needs. • Oversee the ongoing analysis of IT infrastructure and application systems, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal performance. • Evaluate technology risks, develop disaster recovery plans and backup procedures in collaboration with IT Infrastructure teams. • Management Support Activities: o Provide Report to direct Supervisor o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) o Perform activities related to Quality Management System o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Studies Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years experience in Senior Staff, or • Minimum 4 years working experience in Information Technology, particularly in IT architect and infrastructure Special Skills: • Servers • Cloud • Networks • Container • System Administration (OS and Services) • IT Architect
