• Customer Service Agent • Collections Agent What You’ll Do
• Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. • Review account information, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. • For collections roles, negotiate payment terms and arrangements. • Address questions and objections, escalating concerns to the appropriate team when needed. • Keep customer records accurate and complete the follow-up needed to resolve inquiries. • Perform other duties related to your role. Requirements
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required. • Completion of high school is preferred but not required. • English proficiency at CEFR B2 level is mandatory. Skills & Abilities
• Clear verbal and written communication and active listening skills. • A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Comfort using computers and willingness to learn new systems. • Adaptability, teamwork, and enthusiasm for learning. Work Location & Modality
• Onsite positions: You must be available to work 100% from the office and reside within a 25-kilometer radius of the office. • Positions with potential hybrid options: You must be available to work 100% from the office.
