Responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services essential for PT Bimatekno Karyatama Konsultan's operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities:** * Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. * Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company. * Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions. * Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Track orders and ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues or delays with suppliers. * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. * Conduct market research to identify new products, services, and suppliers. * Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement. * Ensure compliance with company policies, purchasing procedures, and relevant regulations. * Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the consulting or related industry. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficient in using purchasing software Oracle (preferable) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
