We’re looking for a Talent & Leadership Development Intern to support our Group Talent and Leadership team. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll learn how leadership development really works in a global organisation.
What you’ll do
• Support global leadership and learning initiatives
• Help create engaging learning content and communications
• Contribute to talent and employee development projects
• Assist with workshops, events, and leadership programmes
• Work with colleagues from different countries and cultures
• Analyse feedback and turn insights into action
• Support strategic HR and transformation projects.
You’ll be involved from idea → execution → impact.
This role could be for you if you
• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field at a university in the Netherlands (WO or HBO-level)
• Are curious about leadership, learning, and growth
• Like structure but also enjoy being creative
• Feel comfortable working in English
• Want to learn by doing

What we offer
• A full-time internship for 4 to 6 months, starting on 1st of October 2026
• A competitive internship allowance of €500-550 per month (based on 40 hours per week)
• A company laptop to support your work
• The flexibility to work in a hybrid setup after a successful onboarding
