ABOUT US As part of our Global First Impression Team, you’ll play a key role across all service areas, including Welcome Management, Conference Hosting and On- and Offboarding. In this vibrant and ever-evolving environment, your tasks will span a variety of areas to ensure seamless experiences for both Netlighters and guests. It's a full-time junior to mid-level position starting as soon as possible. Your role will be dynamic and encompass a wide range of responsibilities. From creating an outstanding first impression for our guests to managing all kinds of conferences and workshops, you’ll keep things running smoothly. You’ll manage the reception, serve as the go-to person for our employees and external visitors, and contribute to maintaining a well-functioning, welcoming, and inspiring work environment while bringing in your own, creative ideas and unleashing your full potential. Netlight works without strict hierarchies, so you'll take on ownership early and thrive in a self-organized environment.
