• Be authorised to act on behalf of the subscribing company.

4. Account and Subscription

1. Account Registration
   Businesses must create an account to access ResuMinder’s services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
2. Subscription Fees
   ResuMinder operates on a subscription-based model. Fees vary based on the plan selected. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these terms.
3. Payment Terms
   Payments must be made in GBP (£) via the methods outlined during subscription. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

5. Data Usage and Privacy

1. Data Ownership
   You retain ownership of the data (e.g., CVs, job descriptions) you upload to ResuMinder. By using the platform, you grant ResuMinder a license to process this data for the purpose of providing our services.
2. Data Protection
   ResuMinder complies with UK GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
   

6. Use of AI and Automation

ResuMinder uses AI to grade CVs, match candidates to job descriptions, and automate recruitment processes. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, results from AI algorithms are advisory and should not replace human decision-making.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

By using ResuMinder, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or discriminatory hiring practices.
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse ResuMinder’s technology.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of ResuMinder or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

ResuMinder provides services "as-is" and "as-available." To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ResuMinder is not liable for inaccuracies in AI results or any hiring decisions made based on them.
• ResuMinder is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access caused by third parties.

9. Termination

1. Termination by You
   You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing written notice. If you are on a recurring subscription (e.g., via Stripe), termination will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred. For prepaid agreements made via Purchase Order, services will continue until the end of the prepaid period, and no refunds will be issued for unused time unless otherwise agreed.
2. Termination by ResuMinder
   ResuMinder reserves the right to terminate your account for breach of these terms or for non-payment of fees.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and trademarks related to ResuMinder are the intellectual property of ResuMinder Ltd. and are protected by applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

ResuMinder reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
