You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Leading the operation and maintenance of financial and business systems. Ensuring completeness and comprehensiveness in the design, development, maintenance, and updating of financial management and business systems. Major DutiesAs a Supervisory Financial Systems Manager, you will perform the following duties: Directing, coordinating, and overseeing the work of subordinates to include making decisions on work problems presented by team leaders.
