You will work closely with children, families and staff to remove barriers, strengthen wellbeing and champion inclusion.
About the role
As our Wellbeing Mentor, you will:
Provide targeted emotional support for pupils Help children develop self‑regulation, confidence and resilience Work collaboratively with teachers, leaders and families Play a visible and valued role in shaping our positive school culture Contribute to an inclusion team that is central to the life of the school Provide In-the-moment support, responding calmly and sensitively,
About you
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting children in an educational, pastoral or wellbeing context Prioritises connection and safety through reassurance, language, and co‑regulation. Builds warm, trusting relationships with children and families Understands the importance of inclusion, safeguarding and early support Is calm, reflective and committed to helping every child succeed
