Minimum Level 4 CIPS qualificationPublic sector experience (at least five years in a similar role)Strong experience delivering regulated procurements, including FTS tendersProven use of public sector frameworks and DPSsAbility to advise stakeholders on compliant procurement routesSolid understanding of framework structures, call‑offs, and mini‑competitionsStrong knowledge of public procurement regulations and best practiceExperience supporting academies or devolved organisationsDemonstrated contract management experienceAnalytical skills and ability to interpret dataExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong IT skills, including MS Office and procurement systemsFor a full job description and person specification, please download the Job Pack.
