An exciting new opportunity has arrived at Musgrove Park Hospital!
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and has good communication and interpersonal skills to join our brand-new Outpatient Pharmacy serving patients, visitors and the local community.
This is a rare chance to be part of a brand-new service from day one. The Outpatient Pharmacy will be opened Monday - Friday 9AM till 6PM, the pharmacy will not be opened on the weekends!
Main duties of the job
As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dispensary. You'll tailor conversations with every customer to help them feel informed and confident about their healthcare needs, while maintaining a professional and organised environment.
You'll be responsible for:
Dispensing outpatient and blister pack prescriptions accurately and efficiently.Managing stock, including rotation and ordering, and liaising with procurement teams..Ensuring compliance with SSL policies and standard operating procedures.If you'd like to contribute to a service that directly impacts patient care and recovery, please apply now!
