About this role

Job summary

We are looking for a confident Bank Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You'll have the opportunity to pick up 12 hour shifts to suit you and your lifestyle, supporting our service users at Gledcliffe and Ashfield (Supported Living in Huddersfield).

The service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. The service offers personalised and tailored support in a private space, allowing the people we support to hold their own tenancy with a registered housing association.

We know how important it is for individuals to have the right support so they can live the life they want to live.

We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. This specialist service supports individuals who may have been previously detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement with in the local community.
