As a Team Leader, we offer a starting salary of £30,900, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £37,080 per year. For further details please reach out to a member of the recruitment team via [email protected].

Main duties of the job
Our Team Leaders play a vital role in our services, including:
Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service, leading on an area of specialismPositively promoting the service and WithYou to external stakeholdersManaging the staff within the service to ensure that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYous strategic objectives
This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery. It is essential you are able to develop open working relationships to ensure staff operate in line with our values and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partner organisations.
This position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis to cover maternity leave, until June 2027. The hours for this post are 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day with occasional weekend working required.

Experience Essential

Demonstrable experience of working in the health, social care or criminal justice setting and of working in partnership with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies A successful track record of management responsibility and development of others Experience of developing relationships and engaging with key stakeholders, both internal and external Evidence of excellent communication skills The ability to support the development of services in line with local needs and contractual specification
