About this role

Job summary

This is an exciting fixed-term project opportunity to support a key piece of service improvement work. The role will involve data entry, monitoring, and cross-checking of information to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems.

Working under the direction of the Team Leader and supported by a clear job plan, you will provide a high-quality administrative and data support service to the multidisciplinary team. You will play a vital role in ensuring data is transferred efficiently, accurately and in line with service requirements.

This role requires a flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to respond to the needs of the service and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be part of a focused piece of work that directly supports service delivery, ensuring that patients remain at the centre of everything we do.

The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is the main provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist inpatient services in York and some highly specialised services across the country. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Good general standard of education (e.g. GCSEs or equivalent), including English and Maths

Skills Essential

Strong data entry and attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills, ability to work accurately and methodically, competent IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, data systems), effective communication and team working

Experience Essential

Previous experience in an administrative or data-focused role, experience of working with databases or data entry systems, experience of working within a team environment

Knowledge Essential

Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements, awareness of administrative processes within a healthcare or similar setting.
