Qualifications Essential

Registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions. Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and delegate effectively, and a coaching style leadership mentality. Good communication and relationship-building skills. Warm, approachable, and engaging personality. Flexible and adaptable to changes.
