About us With over 35 years of service, Spire Clare Park Hospital provides a wide range of surgical, medical, outpatient and diagnostic imaging services to adults, children and young people across Surrey and Hampshire. Recently rated 'Good' by the CQC, the hospital offers specialties including cosmetic surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, general surgery and women's health. Facilities include three operating theatres (two laminar flow), 34 inpatient and daycase beds, and a threebed enhanced recovery unit.

Responsibilities
Deliver a comprehensive pharmacy service across the hospitalProvide expert advice and support to consultants, nurses and clinical teams to ensure the safe, effective and cost efficient use of medicinesContribute to personalised, patient centred care with empathy and professionalismDevelop strong collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomesIdentify and implement opportunities for service improvement, including new processes or equipmentMaintain UpToDate clinical knowledge in line with evolving prescribing practice and services Spire Clare Park offers excellent opportunities for pharmacists to expand clinical knowledge across a broad range of specialties and patient pathways.
