Job summary
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Salaried GP to join our supportive and forward-thinking team at Pool Medical Centre for 2-4 sessions per week.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a welcoming practice that values teamwork, high-quality patient care, and clinician wellbeing. We operate a traditional reception-led appointment booking system, supporting continuity of care and effective workload management.
You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, working closely with a range of ARRS staff, including a Clinical Pharmacist, Social Prescribers, a Paramedic who undertakes home visits, and a Frailty Nurse. There are also opportunities to engage with wider initiatives through our involvement in Arden Primary Care Network.
We offer flexibility in working arrangements, a positive working culture, and a commitment to professional development. One working day will be Friday, with flexibility around other sessions.
Main duties of the job
Deliver high-quality, safe, and effective general practice care Undertake routine and urgent consultations Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including ARRS roles such as Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Social Prescribers, Paramedic and Frailty Nurse Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS Web Contribute to service development and quality improvement

Working Pattern

Qualifications Essential
Medical Degree - recognised by the general medical council GMC registration - Full Registration with a current licence to practice GP register entry - certificate of training MRCGP National performers list
