The ideal candidate is ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified, with 2-3 years of management accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in financial systems.

What youll be doing Managing the monthend process, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations

Producing detailed variance analysis and clear explanations for performance movements

Preparing monthly financial performance reports, KPIs, and adhoc analysis for senior stakeholders

Supporting and mentoring junior accounting staff, helping to develop capability and best practice

Collaborating with department heads on budgeting and forecasting aligned to strategic goals

Monitoring business costs and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance

Ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal processes

Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Supporting continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting

What were looking for Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA

23 years experience in management accounting

Experience in a senior or supervisory role

Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills

Confident communicator able to present financial information to nonfinancial colleagues

Highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

A collaborative, professional approach and commitment to high standards

Qualifications Essential

Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA; 23 years experience in management accounting; Experience in a senior or supervisory role; Strong analytical skills; Proficiency with financial systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar, and advanced Excel skills.
