Role OverviewAs an Implementation Specialist, you will own the full client onboarding and implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live. You will manage multiple concurrent client implementations while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams including Solutions, Product, Training, and Client Success.

This role is highly execution-focused and requires someone who can independently manage priorities, communicate confidently with clients, and maintain strong organizational discipline across multiple active projects. You will play a key role in ensuring implementations stay on track, timelines are met, and clients are set up for long-term success.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing project management with customer-facing communication. Your ImpactDrive successful onboarding and implementation outcomes for 8–12 active client projects simultaneouslyEnsure clients remain aligned to timelines, milestones, and implementation deliverablesImprove operational efficiency by maintaining organized documentation and implementation workflowsSupport high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and structured project managementContribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and implementation methodologiesStrengthen collaboration between implementation, product, solutions, and client success teams

Core ResponsibilitiesClient Implementation Management – 50%Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from kickoff through go-liveLead kickoff calls, milestone reviews, and recurring implementation status meetingsManage 8–12 concurrent implementation projects across varying client sizes and complexity levelsHold clients accountable to implementation timelines and proactively escalate blockers when necessaryMaintain momentum across all active projects to ensure timely completionProject Administration & Documentation – 20%Maintain accurate project documentation, implementation milestones, and status updates within project management systemsConfigure platform-related documentation and templates using Microsoft Excel and WordReplicate client-specific report formats with strong attention to detail and accuracyTrack deliverables, dependencies, and project progress across multiple implementationsEnsure internal visibility into project health and customer status updatesInternal Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination – 20%Partner with Solutions teams on data migration and platform configuration requestsCoordinate with Product teams to relay customer feedback and feature requestsWork closely with training and go-to-market teams to support onboarding and enablement sessionsTransition completed implementations smoothly to the Client Success team upon go-liveCollaborate cross-functionally to improve implementation quality and operational efficiencyProcess Improvement & Self-Development – 10%Complete a structured onboarding program and actively engage in internal training initiativesParticipate in company-wide meetings and educational sessionsContribute ideas and feedback to improve implementation processes and documentationContinuously develop product knowledge and implementation best practices

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)2+ years of SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer onboarding experienceProven experience managing customer-facing implementation projects end-to-endStrong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to communicate directly and professionally with clients while maintaining positive relationshipsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordStrong attention to detail with ability to accurately replicate client requirements and documentationSelf-starter mindset with ability to learn complex systems independentlyExperience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or client-facing environmentsNice-to-Haves (Preferred)Experience working within SaaS, PropTech, real estate, or professional services industriesFamiliarity with CRM or project management tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, or BatonExposure to data migration, implementation configuration, or solution delivery workflowsExperience supporting mid-market or enterprise client implementationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
