Summary We’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive to help us deepen connections with our supporters and inspire more people to engage with the places we care for. You’ll play a key role in delivering thoughtful, effective email communications that drive action and bring our conservation work to life. What it's like to work here You’ll be joining the Performance Marketing team that looks after our owned channels, including email and web. We’re a friendly team who care deeply about using data, creativity and insight to connect people with the places and stories that matter. We work collaboratively with people across the organisation, sharing ideas and learning from each other to continually improve how we communicate with our audiences. As part of the owned channels team, you’ll help shape how millions of supporters experience the National Trust digitally.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.

What you'll be doing This role involves building and scheduling email campaigns using our CRM and email tools, while creating clear and compelling content that reflects our tone of voice and inspires action. It includes monitoring performance, analysing results, and identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as running A/B tests to generate insights and refine future activity. Campaign insights are used to enhance targeting and personalisation, ensuring emails are as effective as possible. You will also ensure that all email activity aligns with brand guidelines, GDPR requirements and industry best practice, while collaborating with colleagues across digital, membership, fundraising and regional teams to deliver coordinated and impactful communications.
