The successful candidate will:
Be responsible for the learning, progress and wellbeing of a KS1 class Deliver a creative, engaging and inclusive curriculum aligned with the EYFS–KS1 transition Foster a safe, nurturing and ambitious classroom environment Work collaboratively within a supportive phase and whole‑school team Build strong partnerships with parents and carers About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is a qualified teacher (QTS) with experience or a strong interest in KS1 Has high expectations of all pupils and a belief that every child can succeed Demonstrates strong knowledge of early reading, phonics and child development Reflects our school values through kindness, integrity, ambition and respect Is reflective, resilient and committed to professional growth Is an excellent communicator and team playerSafeguarding
