Job summary

We are looking for a Billing Assistant to join our Billing team at our office in Kings Hill, West Malling.

Joining us on a full time, 37.5 hour per week basis you will work in a hybrid capacity with 2 days per week based at the Kings Hill office.

Purpose of the role

To assist with all aspects of billing for our Health Care & Social Care divisions. This includes the day-to-day support to the Billing team, ensuring accurate invoicing throughout the month and at month end, policies are adhered to and relationships are maintained with sites and internal departments.

Main duties of the job

Update and maintain sales day books on a daily basis from our ward censusChasing and liaising with sites to ensure correct information is provided in line with our procedures and audit requirements.Assist with invoicing and crediting where needed.Assist as necessary with data and information requests for the finance department and senior management teams.Maintain transport cost log and perform correct checks and then invoice accuratelyProduce all invoices for your sites at month-end in line with tight deadlines.Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when needed.

Your day-to-day...

We are looking for someone with...

Experience of working in an office environment

Computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel

Knowledge of billing processes is desirable.

Experience of Hybrid working is desirable
