Job summary
Park Medical Practice is looking for an experienceD and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join our outgoing team. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in a front facing receptionist role and extensive Docman/ workflow knowledge and will be competent in EMIS web.
The chosen candidate will work closely with the Clinical Team, and administrative team alike.
Main duties of the job
Front facing meeting and greeting patients - Supporting with queries
Patient Triage
Clinical Coding
Docman - Uploading of clinical documents, coding and processing to the appropriate clinician
Subject Access requests
Management of incoming and outbound post

Located in the heart of Timperley Village, we are a eight thousand strong patient caseload, with Two GP Partners, Three Salaried GP's, Three Part time Medical Secretaries, One Practice Manager, One Office Manager, One Senior Practice Administrator, two clinical pharmacists, three first contact practitioners, One Emergency Care Practitioner and six reception staff. We are housed in a purpose built state of the art GP Practice, with modern amenities, to accommodate a busy friendly GP Practice.
