About this role

Job summary

Quayside Medical Practice is a well-established Teaching practice, providing care to a patient list size of 12,000. We are a stable partnership of 7 GP Partners with 4 Salaried GPs and a committed team of clinical and non-clinical staff.

We are fully sighted on the challenges faced by all healthcare colleagues and passionately believe that it is our responsibility to provide a supportive and caring working environment for all members of our multi-disciplinary team.

We have developed our team innovatively over the years to ensure that our GPs are fully supported in their role by a highly skilled nursing team and a well-trained administrative team.

We enable all colleagues to further their professional development and offer an embedded cycle of multi-disciplinary meetings. Our GPs have the opportunity to meet together every day over lunch to share best practice, receive peer support or simply socialise.

We are keen to increase the number of clinical sessions we offer through pro-active recruitment and to provide more protected administrative time within core hours for all of our GPs.
