As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team to create a warm and inclusive environment where our residents feel secure and maintain their dignity and self-respect. You must be a registered nurse with an active PIN and demonstrate a caring nature, the ability to lead by example, motivate a team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changes at short notice.
