Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
No prior experience or qualifications in care are required. The role asks for compassion, good people skills, and the ability to demonstrate empathy with a caring nature. The applicant should be passionate and motivated, with a positive team-working ethos. A full UK driving license is required. Agincare provides comprehensive training and outstanding career development. The applicant must have a minimum of 12 months on the right to work in the UK as they currently cannot offer sponsorship.
