We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join us as a Band 3 Imaging Assistant in Radiology at King's Mill Hospital. If you have a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a desire to contribute to the well-being of our patients, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As an Imaging Assistant, you will play a vital role working 08:00-20:00 in supporting the CT Colons and pre-examination cannulation in both CT and MRI services across all our sites. Your primary objective will be to assist our radiographic staff in all non-nursing aspects of patient care in MRI/CT, Ultrasound and x-ray including specialized procedures in cross sectional imaging.
Previous patient care experience is required and Radiology experience is desirable. As a fully digital department, both keyboard and PC skills and knowledge are required.
There is 1 part-time post available. Working hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, to cover 7 days working across KMH, MCH, Newark.
