Job SummaryTHIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number T5645000 and is part of the 109TH AW, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants.
QualificationsGENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have one year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Must have experience analyzing performance data to determine manpower, equipment, and facilities maintenance capabilities. Must have experience with analysis of maintenance manning and equipment, material and facility limitations to determine the impact each has on unit and mission effectiveness. Must have experience identifying data system problems, coordinating with data automation monitors, and submits system deficiency reports.
