Not manage it. Not report on it. Build and run it.
We set the strategy together. You make it happen - across brands, channels, and whatever it takes.
Tasks
Build and run performance marketing across Meta, Google, and TikTok for multiple brands Create the systems, frameworks, and testing pipelines, from scratch Own tracking, attribution, and reporting across the portfolio Onboard new brands into the performance setup as we grow Work closely with the C-Level to turn strategy into repeatable execution Be the growth brain across the entire group - not just one brand
Requirements
Strong hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience : you know these cold D2C or e-commerce background : you understand the full funnel Systems thinker: you build processes, not just campaigns Comfortable operating across multiple brands or accounts simultaneously Self-directed and hungry — this role has no ceiling and no guardrails Agency or multi-brand experience is a big plus Doesn't care about job titles : cares about building something real
