We are looking for an learning support assistant to have:
Experience working in a school or similar setting
A genuine interest in and commitment to supporting pupils with SEND and disadvantaged background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in working with families and external professionals
Strong organisational and IT skills
A calm, professional and solution-focused approach
