Job summary Akari Care is actively seeking individuals with a caring nature and a passion for helping others for the role of Senior Care Assistant. Main duties of the job Are you already an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant looking to take the next step within your career? Working alongside the care assistants, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting, and producing ideas for social activities and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value driven way. We look to our trusted care teams to create an environment where the atmosphere feels like our residents personal home, for them and their respective visiting family members, which suits all their individual needs. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
A caring nature with good communication and relationship building skills is essential. Flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice, along with a warm and approachable persona, will be advantageous. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not strictly required as training and support for personal development plans are provided.
