Job summary
Chilcote Surgery is looking to welcome a 4 to 6 session GP to our friendly, supportive practice in Torquay. This opportunity is available as a salaried GP role, with the potential to progress to partnership for the right person, or as a direct entry to partnership by mutual agreement.

Main duties of the job
We welcome applications from salaried GPs and those interested in a partnership role. The successful candidate will:
Be a qualified GP with full GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List
Be committed to providing patientcentred care to a diverse population
Enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and value collaborative working
Have excellent communication skills and a calm, compassionate approach
Be adaptable and interested in contributing to the ongoing development of the practice
Be willing to engage in practice activity, including QI and contractual targets

Qualified GP MRCGP Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) at start date
